5 Things I Learned in Dental School
- Treat your patients with respect and understand they all have individual needs. Never hurry the treatment, you want them to receive the best results.
- Avoid quantity over quality. Don’t hire the largest staff possible to service the most patients. Start small and build. Always remember quality over quantity.
- Communicate clearly with your patients. Your staff should do this too, but first and foremost it should be coming from the doctor. They want to trust and confide in you.
- Stand behind your work. Always fix something at no cost for the patient if what you made fails. Stay humble, while also maintaining your integrity.
- Continue to learn. Doctors don’t know everything. Knowledge improves treatment quality!
